Defective or Faulty Products

We warrant that products are free of defects at the time of dispatch. All products remain subject to the manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable.

If an item appears to be defective or faulty within 7 (seven) days from receipt of your order, you must notify us in writing.

The item will be returned to the manufacturer or authorised distributor for assessment.

If the product is confirmed to be defective and covered by a warranty, it will be repaired or replaced and returned at our cost.

If the product is found not to be defective, or is not covered by a warranty, all return and re-delivery costs will be for the customer’s account.

Returns for Unsuitable Items

If you are not entirely satisfied with an item purchased via the website, you may return the item to us within 7 (seven) days from receipt of your order, at your own cost.

Conditions for return:

• Item must be unused

• Item must be in its original packaging

• Item must be in the same original condition as received

Returned items will be inspected to confirm that they meet these conditions.

There is no general right of return. A return will only be accepted if we are satisfied that the item and packaging are in an acceptable condition.

If approved:

A refund will be issued for the purchase price of the item

A 15% handling / restocking fee will be deducted from the refund

Courier costs are non-refundable

Change-of-Heart Returns

Change-of-heart returns are not automatically accepted and will only be considered under the conditions set out above.

Items showing signs of use, damage, or incomplete packaging will not qualify for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not refundable:

Gift cards

Items excluded due to their nature or sensitivity

Refunds

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed via EFT to a bank account in the customer’s name.
