1. INTRODUCTION

This website is operated by Untamed Outdoor (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products through our online store.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy & Cookie Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns Policy, which form part of this agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use this website or place an order.

2. ONLINE STORE & ELIGIBILITY

Our online store is available to individuals who are 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

You may not use our products or website for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose, nor may you violate any applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the website if these Terms are breached.

3. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY

Untamed Outdoor currently supplies a limited selection of products, which may include products from one or more brands. Product availability may change from time to time without notice.

All products are subject to availability. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve stock. An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received and processed.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However:

• Images are illustrative and may differ slightly from the actual product.

• Product descriptions and specifications take precedence over images.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or shipped. Orders paid via EFT will only be processed once payment has cleared.

If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount already paid.

5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATION

We reserve the right to:

Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

• Limit quantities per customer or per order

• Cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse

• If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, you will be refunded the amount paid, excluding any non-refundable courier charges where applicable.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Untamed Outdoor operates as an online-only store. All products are shipped to customers via third-party courier services.

Key points regarding delivery:

• We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day after payment confirmation, where reasonably possible.

• All parcels are shipped using economy delivery services.

• Estimated delivery time is 2–6 working days, depending on location.

• Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Risk passes to the customer once the parcel has been handed over to the courier.

7. SPECIAL DELIVERY AREAS & ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Certain delivery locations may be classified as high-risk or outlying areas by courier companies.

If additional charges apply:

• These costs will be invoiced separately, or

• You may be asked to provide an alternative delivery address

Untamed Outdoor is not responsible for courier-imposed surcharges beyond standard delivery rates.

8. LATE DELIVERY & ECT ACT RIGHTS

In terms of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, you may cancel your purchase with 7 days’ written notice if the products are not delivered within the delivery period specified in our Shipping Policy.

Conditions:

• Products must be returned in their original condition

• Return courier costs are for your own account

• Courier fees are non-refundable, including cases where shipping was offered free of charge

Once returned and inspected, a refund will be processed accordingly.

9. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns Policy, available on our website. Please review it carefully before placing an order.

We may provide access to third-party tools, services, or websites. These are provided “as is” and are governed by their own terms.

Untamed Outdoor is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or performance of third-party websites or services.

12. DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Untamed Outdoor shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses

• Loss of profits, data, or business interruption

• Delays caused by couriers or events beyond our control

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted under South African law.
