Delivery Timeframes

Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 (one) working day after receipt of payment.

All parcels are shipped via an economy delivery service.
Estimated delivery time is 2–6 working days from dispatch.

Delivery times may vary and cannot be guaranteed.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping & Couriers

Untamed Outdoor is an online-only store. All orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Parcels may be shipped using one or more of the following courier services, depending on delivery area availability:

• The Courier Guy

• Aramex

• PostNet

• RAM

If a selected courier does not service a particular area, we reserve the right to use an alternative courier.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees (where applicable) include handling, packing, and courier charges and are calculated at checkout.

Where free shipping is offered, it applies only to standard economy delivery.

Orders placed separately will be shipped separately, and shipping fees apply per order.

Special Delivery Charges

Certain delivery areas may be classified by courier companies as high-risk or special delivery areas.

Any additional courier charges imposed for such deliveries will be for the customer’s account and either:

Invoiced separately, or

An alternative delivery address may be requested

Late Delivery

In terms of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (“ECT Act”), you are entitled to cancel your purchase with 7 (seven) days’ written notice if the products are not delivered within the delivery timeframe stated above.

Conditions:

• Products must be returned in their original condition

• Items must be properly packaged and insured for return

• Return courier costs are for the customer’s account

• Courier charges are non-refundable

If free shipping was applied, the actual courier cost incurred by Untamed Outdoor will be deducted from the refund.

Once received and inspected, an eligible refund will be processed.
